When Looking up contacts it is necessary to include private records if you would like your lookup to contain records that are designated as private. Refer to the steps below:
- Click on the Lookup menu and then click on the name of the field you would like to search by. The Lookup dialog box appears.
- Ensure that both the Include Private and Include Users check box is enabled
- Choose the remaining appropriate options in the Lookup dialog window, and click OK.
