This issue has been reported to occur if Microsoft® Exchange® is running on the Windows Server® 2008 computer along with ACT! by Sage Premium for Web. More specifically, the issue has been noted to be caused if Exchange Outlook Web Access® (which will be running in 64-bit) is installed. This issue can be verified if one or both of the following error messages appear in the Windows® Application Event Viewer:
The Module DLL C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\ClientAccess\owa\auth\owaauth.dll failed to load.
The Module DLL C:\Windows\system32\RpcProxy\RpcProxy.dll failed to load.
In this situation, due to possible conflicts with Microsoft Outlook Web Access, Sage recommends that the ACT! by Sage Premium for Web program be installed on a different server.
