You are attempting to install the Act! Premium (access via web) Outlook integration plug-in when you receive the following error:
"The installer has detected a previous version of Act! Premium (Web) Outlook Integration. You must uninstall this prior version before proceeding. To uninstall the prior version, from the Windows Control Panel, select Add/Remove Programs. Remove the prior version, and then run the installer again."

This issue can occur if there is an orphaned key remaining in the Windows Registry that did not properly clear after uninstalling the plug-in from the Control Panel.
Please use the following steps to resolve this issue:
- Click Start and select Run.
- The Run dialog box appears. In the Select field, type regedit.
- Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ACT Premium for Web Outlook Integration
For 64-bit operation systems:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\wow6432node\ACT Premium for Web Outlook Integration
- Right-click the key and select Delete.
- Close the Windows Registry and attempt the installation process again.
