You are attempting to install the Sage ACT! Premium Outlook Integration (Web) and receive the error: ”Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.”

This issue will occur if you have the 64-bit version of Outlook 2010 installed.
Sage ACT! does not support the 64-bit version of Office 2010, only the 32-bit version. To resolve this issue, you must install the 32-bit version of Office 2010. Sage ACT! and the 32-bit version of Office 2010 can be successfully installed and integrated on 64-bit operating systems.
- Uninstall Office 2010 64-bit
- Reboot your computer
- Install Office 2010 32-bit (should be available on the same installation source as the 64-bit version)
- Register, set up, and apply any updates to Office 2010
- Test installation of Sage ACT! Premium Web Outlook Integration
