Product: Act! Premium Cloud
Each Act! Premium Cloud database has a unique URL that is used to log into the database. This URL is sent to you, along with your login credentials, in a welcome email within 15 minutes of signing up for the Act! Premium Cloud service.
Note: When logging into your database for the first time, you may need to select the relevant database from the "Log on to:" drop-down menu.
If you did not receive the welcome email, check your spam folder for an email from email@example.com.
If you are still unable to find your welcome email, it will be necessary to contact support for assistance in obtaining your welcome email. For information on contacting support, refer to the section for your region below:
