If the URL does not appear on the Act! Connect Page, you can still obtain the URL by following the steps below
- Click Start > All Programs > Act! Connect Link > Act! Connect Link
- Click Manage
- Use the URL shown next to endpoint, but append to the end of it: /act.web.api
For Example, if the URL displays as https://[your unique number].g2c.cloud-elements.com, then you would use https://[your unique number].g2c.cloud-elements.com/act.web.api as your URL for connecting to other services.
