- Close Act!
- Add exceptions for Act! to your firewall. For a list of exceptions, refer to the following knowledgebase article:

- Open Act! and test
Note: If adding the exceptions does not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to change your antivirus settings to scan on a set schedule, rather than after every file change.
