Cause: The password needs to be reset for billing on the Act! emarketing account to be accessed for a change in the account service level.
- Change the password on the Act! emarketing account
- Attempt to upgrade the Act! emarekting account again and sign in with the new password
Note: If not logged in to change the service level, fill out a support ticket at https://www.act.com/resources/contact using Email Marketing as the Product*, Act! emarketing as the Version*, and Billing as the Inquiry Type.
