For customers who purchased Act! after the release of v21 on 7th November 2018 Act! E-marketing accounts are no longer available for subscription products. Act! Marketing Automation is the latest comprehensive solution for email campaigns, drip marketing, surveys and more. Marketing Automation is not available for Act! Pro. Act! Pro customers can request an Act! E-marketing accounts can be created. Please speak to your Swiftpage Account Manager if you wish to have an Act! E-marketing account created. For customers who purchased Act! before the release of v21 who wish to utilise Act! E-marketing you should login with your existing credentials. Users were automatically provided with an Act! emarketing Basic account at the point of purchasing Act!. Once you have located your credentails you can login:
- Click the 'Emarketing' menu ('Act! Emarketing' in Act! Premium Cloud)
- Click 'Log On'
- Enter your Act! emarketing login credentials
- Click OK
Note: By default the Act! E-marketing option is disabled in Act! v21 and later. If you wish to use Act! E-marketing in this version you will need to enable the option. You can do this by selecting the ‘Enable Act E-marketing’ option from the ‘Tools’ menu. You will then need to say ‘Yes’ to the prompt and then either close Act! and reopen it, or log out of your database and back in (if you are using Act! Premium Cloud). Related Information:
You can also login to your Act! emarketing account directly by going to https://login.spsend.com/aem/login, however, you will only be able to manage your account, view reports, and customize templates. You can only send campaigns from within Act!.
