This can occur if the emarketing login session has expired.
- In Act!, click Emarketing > Log Off
- Wait a few seconds to make sure you are completely logged off of your Act! emarketing account
- Click Emarketing > Logon/Sign Up
Note: If you have the Logon/Sign Up option, after clicking it, select the User Logon tab to log in
- Attempt to use any of the Act! emarketing features to test
