No. The server will suppress the duplicate send to prevent you from sending the same campaign to the contact twice. Also, since the Act! emarketing contact limit allows you to send to contacts within the contact as many times as you would like, a duplicate send to the same contact would not count against your limit any more than a single send to the contact.
