I am using Act! with a 64-bit version of Microsoft Outlook and I receive the Error: “ERROR: There was no endpoint listening at net.pipe://localhost…”

This can be caused due to a conflict between an adal.dll file in Act! and a Microsoft file of the same name that was released in an update to Microsoft Office.
