Cause: This can be due to the PC being switched off at the time the Smart Task is scheduled to run.
Smart Tasks that were scheduled to run at a specific time will not run the next time the machine is turned back on. The PC must be switched on at the time when the Smart Task is scheduled to run. To make sure that Smart Tasks are running:
- Schedule a new smart task to run at a scheduled time as a test
- Ensure that the computer stays on during this time
- After the time has passed, go back and verify that the Smart Task ran
