If I remove a contact from the Swiftpage List Manager because they opted out, but I accidentally add them back to the list later, will the system remember not to send to them?

When a recipient opts out of communication, they are added to a suppression list for your account. This is separate from the list maintained in list manager. Because of this, email will not be sent to addresses in your opt out list even if the address is added back into list manager.
