Cause: This can occur if you mistakenly did not select E-mail as the output for your mail merge.
You can resolve this issue by following the steps below:
- Close out of the Mail Merge Wizard
- Click Write > Mail Merge
- On the Welcome to the Act! Mail Merge Wizard screen, click Next
- On the Select Output screen, select Word Processor, then, select Email and click Next
- Proceed with the rest of the Mail Merge wizard settings as required.
