Q: What templates will I have access to?
Act! emarketing Basic users will only have access to 5 predesigned templates, in addition to any templates that have already been created and saved in your template library. The full library of 100+ predesigned templates will be available in the Act! emarketing Pro and Act! emarketing Team service levels.
Q: Am I going to lose any of my saved templates?
No, any previously created templates will still be accessible to edit within the Act! emarketing account and can still be sent to your contacts via Act!.
Q: What report limitations will I have?
Act! emarketing Basic will give you the ability to click and view the reports under the Overview section. However, you will only be able to export your bounce and opt-out reports. Additionally, the “Clicks by Link” and “Social Shares” reports will be disabled within a Basic account.
Q: How will I manage opt outs and bounces?
There will be no change to how you manage your opt outs and bounces. You will still have the ability to export Bounced and Opt Outs from reports online. For details on how to create this lookup, refer to the following knowledgebase article:
