Issue: Act! Premium (access via web) and Act! Premium Cloud Log On button disabled if credentials are saved in Google Chrome

Actual Result:
The Log On button is grayed out and cannot be clicked to login to the database.
Workaround:
Currently, there are two workarounds for this issue

Steps to Reproduce
- Visit an Act! Premium (access via web) or Act! Premium Cloud website that was updated to v19.2 after saving the credentials in the browser
- Attempt to click the Log On button
Actual Result:
The Log On button is grayed out and cannot be clicked to login to the database.
Workaround:
Currently, there are two workarounds for this issue
- You can retype the username to reenable the Log On button
- Instead of using the mouse to click the Log On button, press Enter on the keyboard to login to your database
