When trying to load the Act! Companion app, it appears to hang

The cause is currently unknown
- Force close the application. For information on how to do this, refer to your device manufacturer’s documentation
- Launch the application again
Note: If that doesn’t work, you may need to reboot the device.
Additional Steps - Android Only:
You may also be able to resolve this issue on Android devices by clearing your cached data. To do this, follow the instructions below:
- Go to the Settings menu on your device.
- Tap Apps.
- Tap Act! Companion.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Internal Storage.
- Tap Cached data.
- Tap OK when a dialog box appears asking if you're sure you want to clear all app cache.
