Product: Act! Premium Cloud
Your Act! Premium Cloud account is scheduled to be upgraded this weekend to update 5 starting on Saturday the 12th of May from 2am EST - 1pm EST. The estimated maximum downtime is approximately 11 hours.
If you are using an Offline Client (remote database) you can follow the steps below to apply update 5 to your version of Act!:
- Launch Act!
- Go to Help > Act! Notifications...
- A notification will appear in the bottom right of the screen, click this to install the update
- Once the process is complete you can confirm update 5 has installed by going to Help > About Act!...
