When you subscribe to Act! Premium and choose to have your data hosted on Swiftpage’s cloud servers, the default amount of storage included in the price of the subscription depends on the product and method of deployment.
The storage includes your website, database(s) and any attached files
Increasing the storage limit
If you require additional storage you can add this to your Act! subscription in blocks of 4GB.
If your storage allowance is increased during your Act! subscription, charges are prorated based on your Act! subscription renewal date.
The price, per year for each additional 4GB block is set out in the table below and is arranged by currency.

Monitoring of Storage Usage
To ensure that subscriber business operations are not interrupted, Swiftpage will not prevent file uploads or data entry that exceed or create an overage of the default storage limit. However, Swiftpage does monitor the amount of data being stored on our customers’ Cloud accounts, and as necessary, will reach out to discuss storage options.

- For Act! Premium deployed in a multi-tenant Cloud environment, the amount of storage included is 4GB
- For Act! Premium Plus deployed in a multi-tenant Cloud environment, the amount of storage included is 8GB
- For Act! Premium Plus deployed on a Private Cloud server, the amount of storage included is 20GB
