Use the following steps to access and make adjustments to the Password Frequency setting:
- Launch ACT!.
- Click the Tools menu, and then click the Password Policy option. The Password Policy dialog box appears.
- Change the value in the User cannot reuse last
password option to the desire amount. ACT! allows a range from 0 (zero) to 9 passwords. 0 (zero) passwords allows your users to reuse the same passwords.
- Click OK to apply your changes.
- Close and reopen ACT! for the changes to take effect.
