How do I use the Act! Migration Wizard?
When using the Act! Migration Wizard, you will be prompted to provide connection details in order to access your Zoho CRM database. This article advises exactly what connection information is required, and how to access this information in Zoho CRM.
Connection Information Required:
- OAuth Access Token - Connections to Zoho CRM are established through a mechanism called OAuth. When you are using the Act! Migration Wizard you will be asked to click the Authenticate Now button. This will then redirect you to Zoho where you will be prompted to log in. On the next page, you will be asked to accept the connection from our ETL tool to access your organization's data. After you click the Accept button, you will be redirected back to the Migration Wizard screen and both the OAuth Access Token and OAuth Refresh Token boxes will be automatically filled in. Then just click Test Connection to continue.

NOTE: There is no way to get this information beforehand, you must click the Authenticate Now button as part of the Migration Wizard and enter your Zoho CRM login details at that point to complete the two OAuth fields.
