You attempt to open a database using the .ADF file, or restore a backup, when you get the following error:
"You Don't Have Permission To Open This File. Contact The File Owner Or The Administrator To Obtain Permission."

You can resolve this issue by using the Windows Run as administrator option.
To Run As Administrator
- Close Sage ACT!
- Right click on the Sage ACT! icon
- Select Run As Administrator
