When attempting to access the Company Detail View, you receive the following error:
"ACT! has encountered an error. Please shutdown the application."
When attempting to access Company Detail View from a web browser, you receive the following error:
"An error has occurred on the server and has been logged. Please contact your administrator if this problem persists."

Product: Sage ACT! Pro, Sage ACT! Premium, Sage ACT! Premium (access via web)
This can occur when there are corrupted companies.
- Close Sage ACT!
- Download and run attachment Company1.bat
Note: The bat file will return results of corrupted companies. If the bat file returns 0 rows affected, do not follow rest of the steps and continue other troubleshooting steps.
- Download and run attachment Company2.bat
Note: Running the bat file will move a company or a division that belongs to another company to a top-level company. The companies will need to be manually added back after running the bat file.
