You are looking at the Task List view but the tasks from other applications (Outlook or Google) are not present.

This generally occurs when the filter option Show Tasks from Other Applications is not enabled.
- Go to Task List
- Click Options dropdown menu in top right corner of the Task List
- Select Show Tasks from Other Applications to enable option
- Verify appointments and events displays on the screen
Note: Appointments and events are visible in Sage ACT! only after synchronizing with application such as Outlook and Google. To set up synchronization with Outlook and Google, please refer to the following Knowledgebase articles:
