Steps to Reproduce
Actual Result: Prompted to install the mail merge integration even though you installed it and it shows as an installed program, and mail merge is not performed.
Expected Result: Mail merge should work after initial installation
Note: Internet Explorer 64-bit versions are not supported.

Steps to Reproduce
- Access the web client using IE 9 64-bit version
- Click Write > Mail Merge
- Install integration when prompted
- Check list of installed programs - verify that Sage ACT! Premium (Web) Mail Merge is installed
- Log out, close IE9, reopen, then log back in to web database
- Click Write > Mail Merge
