Filtering History
- Click History List in the Navbar to bring up the History List
- At the top of the screen, click the drop-down for Dates and select the date range for which you wish to display
- Click the Drop-down for Types and select the types of history you wish to display
- Click Select Users and choose the users you wish to display history for
- Click OK
Searching History by Keyword
- Click History List in the Navbar to bring up the History List
- At the top of the screen, enter your search terms into the Keyword field and press Enter
Exporting History to Excel
- Click History List in the Navbar to bring up the History List
- Filter the history as necessary
- Click Tools > Export to Excel
Creating a Lookup from History
- Click history List in the Navbar to bring up the History List
- Filter the history as necessary
- Select the history or histories you wish to look up contacts for
Note: To select multiple histories, hold down CTRL on your keyboard as you click each one
- Depending on whether you are accessing your database through the Act! for Windows program, or via web browser:
- Accessing through Act! Program: In the upper left corner of the list, click the Magnifying Glass (Create Lookup) icon to look up the contacts associated with the selected histories
- Accessing via web browser: In the upper right corner of the list, click the Magnifying Glass (Create Lookup) icon to look up the contacts associated with the selected histories
