I am attempting to click Finish in the Act! Scheduler and I am receiving the Error: “Could not load file or assembly ‘Act.Framework.DataExchange.OutlookSync.dll’ or one of its dependencies. Attempt to access invalid address. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800701E7)”.

This issue can occur due to a conflict with the OUTLOOK.EXE process.

- Ensure that Microsoft Outlook is closed
- Open the Task Manager and go to the processes tab
- Look for OUTLOOK.EXE and End the process
- Attempt to click Finish in the Act! Scheduler to test
