Symptom: Error: “The account you added is not fully configured. It might not work properly until re-configured correctly” when adding the ACT! Address Book to Microsoft Outlook.

Product: Act! Pro, Act! Premium
Cause: The mapisvc.inf file needs to be rebuilt
- Search the computer for any and all mapisvc.inf files, and rename them to mapisvc.old
- Restart Outlook to recreate the file
- Close Outlook
- Navigate to your Act! install folder
- Run Act.Outlook.Repair.exe
- Open Outlook and try to add the Act! Address Book
