Symptom: I am sending out email blasts, but noticed that when viewed through Outlook, it doesn’t display properly for everyone who receives it, however when viewing as a webpage, it looks correct.

This is due to the way that Outlook renders HTML coding.
There is no known solution.
You can test the message by sending a test email to an email account in a public domain such as Gmail or Yahoo to verify that it displays properly when viewed through the web mail.
