Question: Why are the emails I send from Yahoo.com or Aol.com bouncing through Swiftpage emarketing and/or Act! emarketing

Yahoo and AOL use DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) as part of their email authentication. We sign with SPF and DKIM, but not DMARC.
We cannot fix this issue you need to use another sending email address besides Aol.com or Yahoo.com.
In short, DMARC works as follows:
- From domain in the header (From: email@example.com) must match with the signing domains for authentication (SPF and DKIM)
Any customer using an email address of @yahoo.com or aol.com as their sending email address will have their emails rejected from the following big ISPs and any other ISPs that implement DMARC.

- Yahoo (this only impacts yahoo.com, not other Yahoo managed domains such as yahoo.in 554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons. See http://postmaster.yahoo.com/errors/postmaster-28.html
- Comcast 550 5.2.0 XXXXX Message rejected due to DMARC. Please see http://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#DM000001
- AOL 521 5.2.1 : (DMARC) This message failed DMARC Evaluation and is being refused due to provided DMARC Policy
Swiftpage always recommends that you send from a private domain versus a public domain (aol.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, ect.)
