How do I upgrade or add features to my Act! emarketing account?

Product: Act! Pro, Act! Premium, Act! Premium (access via web)
Version: v16.1 and later
Integration: Act! emarketing
- In Act!, click Emarketing
- Click Upgrade or Purchase/Upgrade
- When page loads select the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade your account
Note: If you are only trying to add or remove additional features, select the plan you currently have. If you are trying to downgrade your plan, select the desired lower tiered plan.
- Select any features you wish to add, or select no features if you're trying to remove, then click Next
- Verify the total
Note: If you already have the plan you selected in the previous screen, this screen will appear as if you will be charged for it again. Once you proceed to the checkout, the price will be adjusted to the correct price.
- Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
- Enter your Act! emarketing login credentials and click Sign In
- Enter your credit card information and click Place Order
Note: Upgrades to the service will take effect immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrades work this way as you have already paid for them in the current month.
