Product: Act! Premium Cloud
The Act! Premium Cloud servers are designed to balance the load of traffic, in doing so, when you initially click the link you were provided to access your database, it occasionally redirects to a different, longer link, which cannot be directly used to access the database. If this link is bookmarked, rather than the URL that was provided in your ready email, you will receive this error instead of your login page.
For example, if your page is http://hosted.act.com/yourcompanynamehere you may be redirected to something that looks like the following:

- In your bookmark settings, bring up the screen that allows you to manually edit a bookmark
- In the URL field of the bookmark settings, highlight and erase all text from left to right starting from default.aspx
- Save the bookmark
- Test accessing with the new bookmark
Note: When finished, you should be left with a URL that is formatted like the following example: http://hosted.act.com/yourcompanynamehere
