Downloading Act!
Before you can get started with your offline client, you must first install the Act! software that corresponds to the version of Act! your Act! in the Cloud database is on. Follow the steps below for instructions:
Determining the appropriate version to download
Go to the Act! in the Cloud database log on page
Check the version of Act! used to host your database below the Log On button

Before you can start using your offline client and begin synchronizing database changes back to the Act! in the Cloud site, you must download and restore a copy of your offline client. Follow the steps below for instructions.
Login to your Act! in the Cloud database.
