Product: Act! Premium Cloud
Once your Act! Premium Cloud database is deployed and accessible we cannot update and/or merge that active database with another Act! database.
However, as an alternative we can provide you with a backup of your Act! Premium Cloud database and a trial of Act! Premium at no additional charge. This will allow you to merge and/or update the database with your own Act! database(s) that may you have.
Be advised that once we create the backup, any new data entered into the Act! Premium Cloud database will be lost. It is recommended that you determine a good time for data entry to be halted (i.e. end of day business day) until this process is completed.
In order to request a backup of your database please send us an email with the following:

- Subject: Act! Database Backup Request
In the email body please provide the following:
- Customer ID:
- Act! Premium Cloud Database URL Address:
- Admin Username:
- Day to Create Backup:
We will create the backup around 4:00 PM (EST) and send you a link to download the backup alongside a trial version of Act! Premium and a link to re-upload your updated database once finished.
