If you are not an Admin
If you are not an Admin user and you have forgotten your username or password for your Act! in the Cloud database, and your Admin user still has access to the database, the admin can reset your password by following the steps in the following knowledgebase article:

If you are an Admin user and you have forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve this information by one of our Act! in the Cloud chat support analysts by clicking the chat button below:

Note: Once your password as been reset and you regain access to your Act! in the Cloud database, it is recommended that you configure a new password to replace the temporary password provided to you by the chat support analyst. You can do this by following the instructions linked in the "If you are not an Admin" section of this article.
