Integration: Act! Premium Web API, Act! Connect Link
Environment:

Answer:
The Act! Premium Contact Link, introduced in Act! v18, is a Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.com add-in that is obtained through the Office store. This add-in allows Act! This requires the configuration of the Act! Premium Web API on the server.
The Act! Outlook Integration is an application in Act! Premium (access via web) versions 2011 and later. The application downloaded while logged into an Act! Premium (access via web) database and it allows Act!
