Creating the Opportunity
- From the Home screen, under Quick Actions, tap New Opportunity
- Fill in the information in the Details section
- In the Who section, associate the Opportunity with the appropriate Contacts, Companies, and/or, Groups
- Complete the information in the More Details section if necessary, then tap the Save icon
- In the newly created opportunity, under Related Items, tap Products
- Tap the Add icon in the top-right corner of the screen
- Tap the drop-down arrow in the Name field and select an existing Product, or tap the Name field and enter a new one
Note: Entering a new product only saves it to the current Opportunity and does not save it to the product list as a future selection. Product Lists must be managed from the server.
- Make any desired adjustments to the remaining fields as necessary
- Tap the Save icon
