Integration: Act! emarketing
By default any user who is not an Administrator will not have the ability of sending Act! emarketing blasts. If you would like to give non-administrator users the ability send Act! emarketing emails, follow the steps below:
- In Act!, click Tools > Manage Users…
- Select and highlight the desired user, then click Edit User Information
- From the Available Permissions, select and highlight Emarketing Send, then click the greater than ( > ) option to move it to the Added Permissions
- Click Finish to save the changes, then click Close to go back to Act!
