- In Act!, click Emarketing > Manage Sender Profiles
- Select the active Sender Profile that you wish to change permissions for
- Under User(s) Allowed to Send As:, place a checkmark in the box next to the database users you wish to allow to use, or remove the check from any users you wish to prohibit use
- Click Save, then click Close to save the changes
