This can occur if you synchronise your activities in Outlook or a mobile device and amend the activity in the third party application.
Check the activities have not been amended by a third party app.
- Go to the Task List
- From the filters select the date the Activity was scheduled for
Note: You may have to enable the view for activities created in other applications, follow the steps in the following article to show these in Task List

- Find the activity in question and check the icon next to the activity. If this displays a gold clock face with a white envelope this shows the activity has been amended by a third party app
