When using Act! connect, I receive the Error: “Authorization failed: Unknown error”
Additionally, when looking in the Logs section of the Act! Connect Link, the following error appears:

Integration: Act! Connect Link
OS: Windows Server 2012
This error can occur if there are necessary ports and URLs that are being blocked by the firewall.

- Run the Command Prompt as an administrator
- Type the following:
netsh http>add urlacl http://localhost:80/ user=EveryOne
- Press Enter
- Close the command prompt
- Open a browser and go to http://localhost/act.web.api/api/system
- Verify that you see a white screen that is formatted like the following:
