This can be cause due to a caching issue with your browser.
- Click Upgrade in the Act! emarketing menu
- When the web page that refers to Search Results appears click the Sign-out option on the top right corner
- Log on to Act! emarketing within the Web page when prompted for your username and password
- Once you have logged on you should repeat step 1 to confirm the issue is resolved.
