Question: Why am I getting an excessive amount of bounce back emails from a single recipient I sent an emarketing campaign to?

Sometimes when an email bounces it will get caught in a loop where it continually attempts to resubmit itself to the receiving email exchange server. Since this is reporting information is only recieved by the Swiftpage server and a relay between the recipient server and the emarketing user, the best course of action is to contact the individual or company the bounce back emails are being generated from and have their IT department remove the email from the exchange servers submission list. The other solution would be to wait out the "submission loop" until the emails stop coming back.
