Cause: This can occur if the .CLY file is damaged
Solution: Follow the steps below to save a copy of your layout:
- Go to Tools > Layout Designer > Contact
- Once the Layout Designer launches click File > Save as...
- Enter a different name for your Layout and ensure the file extension is .CLY, click Save
- Close Act! and open it again to update the list of available Layouts
- Select the Layout you have created from step 2 and test the issue
