Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to an Act! Premium (access via web) or Act! Premium Cloud database
- Perform any action that triggers a pop-up window, such as scheduling an activity or changing preferences
Rather than a pop-up window appearing, a new tab is opened with the contents that should be in a pop-up window
This issue is caused by changes that Google made to the way that pop-up windows are managed in Google Chrome version 59, released June 6th, 2017.
Users of Act! v19.2 can resolve this issue by applying Update 1. Users of Act! v19.1 can resolve this by applying Update 4. These are available from the Download Center, or by clicking Help > Act! Notifications from within the Act! software.
Customers using prior Act! versions can work around this issue by using Internet Explorer.
