Symptom: Error: "One or more contacts had empty or invalid e-mail addresses" appears when I send a Mail Merge on Act! Premium Cloud

This can occur due to email fields being blank or containing an invalid character within the Lookup
Solution: Follow the steps below to remove Contacts with email fields that are blank or contain an invalid character within the Lookup

This can occur due to email fields being blank or containing an invalid character within the Lookup
Solution: Follow the steps below to remove Contacts with email fields that are blank or contain an invalid character within the Lookup
- Check for blank email fields or email addresses with invalid characters within List View on your Lookup
- Click the contact to select it
Note: If you have multiple Contacts that you have identified you can hold the CTRL key on your keyboard while clicking Contacts to select multiple
- Click Omit Lookup at the top of List View and the selected Contact(s) should be removed
- Test sending the Mail Merge
