Answer: In order to schedule an Activity with an Alarm follow the steps below:
- Go to the Detail View of the contact you wish to schedule an Activity for
- At the top right corner of Act! Premium Cloud select Call, To-Do or Meeting
- In the pop-up window complete the relevant information such as Start Time and End Time
- Click the drop-down menu for Ring Alarm and Select the number of minutes prior to the Activity that you would like a reminder
- Once you have selected all the relevant details and set your alarm time, click OK to save the Activity
