Version: v19 and later
Cause: This is working as designed and the Result shows E-mail Attachment as the email has been attached to the Contact using the Outlook Add-In
Solution: You can edit the History item by following the steps below:
- Double click the History item you wish to change
- In the new pop-up window click the Result field in the top right corner
- Chose your desired result such as E-mail Sent
