Creating new History
History can be created from a contact record or from the History section in Act! Companion.
Creating history from a contact record
- Navigate to the contact record details for the contact you wish to create the history for
- Scroll down to the History section, then tap the plus ( + ) sign
- Type in the details about the history, then tap Save in the top right corner of the screen
Creating history from the Histories section
- Go to the Histories section
- Tap the plus ( + ) symbol
- Enter the details about the history, then tap Save in the top right corner of the screen
